How Our Litter Reservation Process Works

1. Submit Your Application Start by filling out our puppy application form. Here, you can share your lifestyle and your specific preferences for your future Labradoodle (such as size, color, and gender).

2. Choose Your Path: Specific Litter vs. First Available While filling out the form, you can indicate if you have your heart set on a specific upcoming litter. However, you can also select the "First Available Match" option. Because nature is unpredictable, families with no specific preference for a single litter—and who are flexible regarding gender or color—are often matched with a puppy much sooner!

3. Secure Your Spot (Priority Deposit) After we review and approve your application, a priority deposit of €350 is required to officially join our waitlist. We require this deposit because it demonstrates your serious commitment to welcoming one of our puppies. It allows us to confidently reserve your limited spot and plan our litters, while respectfully turning away other interested families. Please note: You are not placed on the list until this deposit has been received. Your position on the list is strictly determined by the exact date of your payment. This deposit is fully deducted from the total price of your puppy.

4. Allocating the 6 Spots We strictly limit our reservations to 6 priority spots per litter, allocated by your deposit date. If you applied for a specific litter, your deposit secures your position on that exact list. If you chose the "First Available" route, we will use your deposit date to assign you to the first open spot on an upcoming litter that fits your preferences.

5. Birth & Weekly Updates When the puppies are born, we will notify the families on the specific litter list as soon as possible! Please allow us a few days to focus on the health and rest of the mother and her newborns. After they have safely settled in, we will keep you updated weekly with news, milestones, and pictures.

6. Matching You With Your Puppy When the puppies reach 4 weeks of age, we will ask the families on the list to provide us with their "Top 3" favorite puppies. At 6 weeks of age, we conduct thorough temperament evaluations to truly understand each puppy's unique personality. We then carefully match the puppies to the families by combining your Top 3 preferences with our temperament results, ensuring the perfect fit for your lifestyle. In the event that multiple families are interested in the same puppy, priority is always given to the family highest on the waitlist.

7. What if there aren't enough puppies or the right match? Mother Nature is ultimately in charge. This means a litter might be smaller than expected, or the litters might not produce a puppy that matches your specific preferences. If this happens, your deposit remains fully valid, and you will simply roll over to the next available litter of your choice. If a full year (12 months) has passed since your deposit date and you no longer wish to wait, you can leave the waitlist and receive a full refund. Please note: If you are matched with a puppy but decide to cancel your reservation after the 6-week matching process has been finalized, the deposit becomes non-refundable to cover our administrative time and the effort required to find a new family.

8. Going Home (Pick-Up, Payment & International Travel) Puppies normally go to their forever homes between 8 and 10 weeks of age. The remaining balance of the total puppy price is payable upon pick-up. International Families: We are very happy to send our puppies to loving homes outside of Portugal!
